The program is part of the design build bluff partnership with the navajo community in the four corners area. the program is not unique in having students learn outside the classroom. but this program does offer a unique opportunity for students to learn from a new culture and from an unfamiliar community. Each spring, a group of graduate students studying architecture at the university of utah move to bluff, utah. before the move, they prepare plans for homes and other structures they plan to build. for this year’s project, students designed and built a gateway to the bluff community educational campus.
